Kotchen & Low has a number of ongoing investigations. If you have information about any of the following subjects, you may reach us at (202) 471-1995, Ex. 6 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Discrimination at Accenture
Kotchen & Low is investigating widespread race and national origin discrimination at Accenture, in which the company favors Indian workers (including visa workers) over non-Indian applicants and employees. If you applied to Accenture and were not hired or if you were employed by Accenture and terminated, you may be entitled to compensation, and we would like to talk with you about your experience.
Flights from the U.K. for Children Under 16
Kotchen & Low LLP is investigating potential overcharges of Air Passenger Duty on flights from the U.K. for children under 16. Although the duty expired March 1, 2016, some people have been charged since then. If you live in the United States, purchased a flight from the U.K. after March 1, 2016, and were charged Air Passenger Duty for a child under 16, you may be entitled to compensation, and we would like to talk with you about your experience.
American Airlines Flight Cancellations
Kotchen & Low is also investigating American Airlines’ practice of cancelling subsequent flight segments of multi-leg international trips if passengers miss one leg of their trips. This may be a breach of American’s written contract with its passengers. If you purchased an American flight less than four years ago but before January 1, 2017, missed a leg of your international trip, and had your remaining flights cancelled, we would like to hear your story.
