Stephen Cobb is an associate with the law firm Kotchen & Low LLP.
Before joining Kotchen & Low, Stephen worked for a major international law firm in Washington, D.C., specializing in cross-border disputes and white-collar defense. He previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Pamela L. Reeves of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee.
Stephen graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served as an Executive Editor on the Virginia Law Review and was a semifinalist in the William Minor Lile Moot Court Competition. His student note was published in Volume 103 of the Virginia Law Review. He received his bachelor’s degree in Policy and Public Law from Belmont University.
In his free time, Stephen serves on the Zoning and Development Committee for D.C. Advisory Neighborhood Commission 5D.
