David Schifrin is an Associate with Kotchen & Low LLP.  His main practice areas include employment discrimination and antitrust class action litigation.

Prior to joining Kotchen & Low, David clerked for Judge Anthony Epstein at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.

Prior to his clerkship, David served as an Assistant Attorney General and Charles F.C. Ruff Fellow with the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia.  In this position, David successfully defended the District of Columbia and its officers and employees in civil lawsuits in both state and federal court.

David attended Georgetown University Law Center where he graduated with honors.  During law school, David interned at the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia and the District of Columbia Housing Authority.  David received his undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis, graduating with College Honors and an A.B. in Economics.
