Kotchen & Low is investigating potential visa fraud related to H-1B and other work visas, including those sought by technology consulting companies that apply for large quantities of H-1B visas for potential employees from India and other countries.

Class members in Palmer v. Cognizant should contact us at info @ kotchen.com to discuss the damages phase of the case in light of the jury’s finding that Cognizant engaged in a pattern or practice of discrimination.  The class is defined as non-South Asian and non-Indian employees who were terminated from the bench while employed at Cognizant in job bands 33 to 65 (except 53) between September 18, 2013 and October 27, 2022.
