Amanda Burns is an associate with Kotchen & Low LLP. Her primary practice areas include class action employment discrimination litigation and antitrust.

Prior to joining Kotchen & Low, Amanda was an associate at a law firm in New York, where her practice included conducting internal investigations for global financial institutions and representing clients in complex litigation matters, including civil antitrust class actions. She also served as a Special Assistant District Attorney for the Kings County (Brooklyn) District Attorney’s Office in 2017, where she prosecuted felony cases.

Amanda received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. While at Georgetown Law, she was an editor on the American Criminal Law Review’s Annual Survey of White Collar Crime. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
