Lindsey Grunert is Counsel with Kotchen & Low LLP.  Her main practice areas include class action employment discrimination litigation.

Prior to joining Kotchen & Low, Lindsey was an associate at a Boston, MA law firm specializing in personal injury and medical malpractice.  In this position, Lindsey assisted in all aspects of litigation and case management and advocated on behalf of injured plaintiffs.

Lindsey attended Boston College Law School where she graduated with honors and was awarded “Pro Bono Excellence” for providing over 100 hours of pro bono service to a local non-profit organization.  During law school, Lindsey worked as a Research Assistant for the school’s criminal procedure professor and as a legal intern for American Public Television.  Lindsey received her undergraduate degree from Boston College, graduating magna cum laude with a B.A. in English and Psychology.

She was selected to SuperLawyers list of Rising Stars for 2019 through 2024.
