Eleventh Circuit to Hear Appeal of Order Certifying First Bag Fee Class

Atlanta, GA, Oct. 7, 2016 – The Eleventh Circuit issued an order today granting Delta Air Lines and AirTran Airways’ Rule 23(f) petition for interlocutory review of the district court’s decision to grant class certification to a class of airline passengers who paid a first checked bag fee to Delta or AirTran.
